What is Spravato® (Esketamine)?

Spravato® is an FDA-approved prescription nasal spray used to treat adults with treatment-resistant depression or severe depression that has not improved with traditional antidepressants.

It contains esketamine, which works differently in the brain than standard antidepressants and may help improve symptoms more quickly for some patients. Spravato is used along with an oral antidepressant as part of a comprehensive treatment plan.

How Treatment Works

• Administered in our office under medical supervision

• Self-administered nasal spray

• Monitored for approximately 2 hours

• Requires a ride home after treatment
